My wife just had a ticket in another state, what are the options?
My wife and I are residents of California, but we are on Vacation in Hawaii and she got a speeding ticket on a car. If she paid the ticket, it would still go on his record? Is it better to try to challenge and see what the judges say? Is it even possible to go to school, or is it an option if you get a ticket in some states? This is his first Ticket and I hate to see an impact on insurance premiums.
Child, for me (28 years) were given a work ticket to Hawaii in June 2005, he was accelerating, and it has paid to date, no display on his license in California
